安装完openvpn，然后输入用户名和密码后连接不上，报错：All TAP-Windows adapters on this system are currently in use

这个错误可能是TAP-Windows虚拟网卡被禁了，在网络连接一看，连虚拟网卡都没装上，于是重新下了一个tap-windows，之后成功装上了虚拟网卡，再次打开openvpn，就连接上了。
